Return & Refund Policy

At uchicshoefinds Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item with all original accessories and documentation
  3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA number)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping carrier and tracking number (if applicable)
  • Details of your original payment method

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the process. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
